Inside Sales Phone Representative

Essential Duties / Activities:
The following responsibilities are included, but are not limited to:

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be part of an exciting team responsible for internal sales calls. You will source sales leads, handle incoming calls, qualify leads and set appointments. This marketing position will have the responsibility to either close a sale or follow up with the customer.

Skills and Responsibilities:
¨ Success will be driven by: strong self motivation, discipline and flexibility, ability to communicate clearly and overcome objections in a sales marketing setting.
¨ Must be highly internet and computer literate, an ultimate team player and possess a passion for building something great.
¨ A solid understanding of marketing communications.

Job Requirements:
¨ High School Diploma or GED
¨ One year of sales experience
¨ Drivers License
¨ Database Software Input
¨ Trade Show Marketing Ability

Compensation/Benefits:
Full Time Position ($9.50-$10.25 per hour or higher Starting Based on Experience)
